Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually shipped out the same day.

  • Orders placed during sale periods (e.g., Payday Sale, 11.11) may take an additional 2-4 days to process due to high volume.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We use trusted local couriers (J&T Express, PosLaju, NinjaVan) to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

West Malaysia (Semenanjung)

  • Standard Shipping: RM8.00 (Flat Rate)

  • Free Shipping: Free on all orders above RM100

  • Estimated Delivery: 2-5 working days after posting.

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)

  • Standard Shipping: RM16.00 (Flat Rate)

  • Free Shipping: Free on all orders above RM100

  • Estimated Delivery: 3-7 working days after posting.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been packed, you will receive an email notification with your Tracking Number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update in the courier's system.

4. Incomplete or Incorrect Address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and correct (including unit number and postcode).

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee (RM8 for WM / RM16 for EM).

  • We cannot refund shipping costs for parcels returned due to address errors.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels SKYN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
