Refund policy
At SKYN, hygiene is our top priority. To ensure the safety and health of all our customers, we enforce a strict policy regarding the return of innerwear.
1. Hygiene Policy (Strictly No Returns)
All underwear sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any underwear (boxers, briefs, panties) once the order has been delivered. This ensures that every product you receive is brand new, factory-sealed, and never worn.
We do not accept returns for:

"Change of mind"

"Wrong size ordered" (Please check our size chart carefully before purchasing)

Items that have been tried on or washed.
2. Defective or Wrong Item Received
We take quality control seriously, but mistakes can happen. We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

The item arrived damaged or defective (e.g., torn fabric, stitching issues).

You received the wrong item (wrong size or color from what was ordered).
If you receive a defective item:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email us at support@skynwears.com with your Order Number and a Photo of the defect.

Once approved, we will ship a replacement to you immediately at our cost. You do not need to return the defective item.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed if a replacement item is out of stock. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us strictly within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
